How can I charge purchases to my ClubLink Member Account?
To charge items to your ClubLink Member Account, follow these steps:
  • Add items to your cart.
  • Click on "Checkout."
  • Fill in your Shipping Information.
  • Select "ClubLink Member Account."
  • Enter your Member Account number at the top.
  • Click "Pay."
  • After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email at the provided email address.

How can I use ClubCoin, Merchandise Certificates, or Gift Cards?
To use ClubCoin, Merchandise Certificates, or Gift Cards, follow these instructions:
  • Add items to your cart.
  • Click on "Checkout."
  • Fill in your Shipping Information.
  • Select either "ClubLink Merchandise Certificate" or "ClubCoin."
  • Click "Continue" and enter your Certificate number.
  • You can apply up to 5 merchandise certificates to your order. To add more certificates, click "+ADD ORDER COMMENT" at the bottom and enter your other certificate numbers.
  • For Gift Cards, enter the gift card information, including the security number on the back.
  • Click "Pay."
  • If you enter your credit card number in addition to Merchandise Certificates and Gift Cards, the full balance of the order will be charged to your credit card. Valid Merchandise Certificates and Gift Cards will result in a refund to your credit card after processing.

I am not a ClubLink Member. Can I still make a purchase during the sale?
Yes, the sale is open to everyone.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

How quickly will my order be shipped, and are there any shipping fees?
Due to the high order volume, all orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days of confirmation. We only ship to all Canadian Provinces. Shipping is free for all orders over $99. For orders under $99, there is an additional $14.99 charge. All orders are shipped via UPS, and curbside pickup is not available.

I may need to Return/Exchange some items. What is the return policy?
For all returns, please e-mail us at [email protected]. Due to the volume of orders, please allow us 24-48 hours to respond to all return requests.

Extended returns will be available for all orders placed until February 15, 2024. Free returns will be provided for ALL apparel and footwear upon request. We will provide a return shipping label via UPS. We kindly ask you to print the return label, attach it to the outside of your box received and a refund will be processed upon receipt. All returns must be in their original condition at the time of purchase. Please note that all underwear is FINAL SALE.
