PING’s Prodi G junior Voss putter is a traditional blade design with an Anser-style hosel. While many golfers are moving toward higher-MOI mallet designs these days, in the testing it conducted PING found that juniors who used a blade-style putter learned to find the center of the putter face more often and develop better feel at a young age. Of note, however, is that the Voss does feature face technologies that will help players enjoy more consistent ball speeds on off-center strikes, with the result being improved distance control on mis-hits.
