How do I return an item?
ClubLink commits itself to providing products of exceptional value and high quality.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. No worries - we are here to help!
ClubLink Products purchased through our retail pro-shops or www.shopclublink.ca can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of product receipt. Returned items must be in the condition you received them
and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been
opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The following products may NOT be returned:
- Custom golf clubs
- Personalized items
If you would like to exchange an item on your order, please call us at Call Toll-free 1-888-944-1077 or email Returns@clublink.ca for additional assistance. Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be credited to your original form of payment and issued within 7 days. You will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
* Please note: To use the provided pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from Canada.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes! If you need help with an exchange, just call us at Call Toll-free 1-888-944-1077 or email Returns@clublink.ca Your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
