How do I return an item?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. No worries - we are here to help!
OUR EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
Any purchases made between 11/1/2020 and 12/31/2020 can be returned through 2/15/2021. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Return shipping within Canada on apparel and footwear is absolutely free. Please email us at email@example.com and you will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic label to return the purchase.*
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The following products may NOT be returned:
- Custom golf clubs
- Personalized items
If you would like to exchange an item on your order, please call us at Call Toll-free 1-888-944-1077 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for additional assistance. Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be credited to your original form of payment and issued within 7 days. You will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
* Please note: To use the provided pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from Canada. In addition, due to the volume of demand and holiday schedules, all prepaid shipping labels will be sent the week of Jan 11, 2021 - rest assured what we will process your refund at that time and we appreciate your patience. Ideally it would be appreciated if you can hold off on sending your return request until the new year.

Yes! If you need help with an exchange, just call us at Call Toll-free 1-888-944-1077 or email email@example.com. Your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
