RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF ALL ONLINE ORDERS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. No worries - we are here to help!

RETURN PROCESS
Please email returns@clublink.ca with your order # and the item(s) you wish to return. An electronic shipping label will be emailed to the email address your order was placed with and will come directly from UPS – as such please look out for an email from UPS. Simply print and place the label on the package either drop the package at any UPS location or you can call UPS for a pick up (the number will be in the email from UPS). Items are eligible for return for 30 days from purchase and must be in the original packaging and unused.

The following products may NOT be returned:
- Custom golf clubs & Personalized items
- Items designated as Limited Edition - Final Sale
- Coupon code used designated as "Final Sale" in description
- Opened Electronics

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes! Exchange requests can be sent to returns@clublink.ca. We recommend making an additional purchase online to secure your sizing and placing a return request for the original order.

ARE THERE RESTOCKING FEES?

No. However, returning shipping costs for items that are not apparel and footwear will be the responsibility of the buyer.
