Returning & Exchanging Online Orders

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. No worries - we are here to help!

OUR END OF SEASON AND HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

Any purchases made between 11/24/2021 and 12/31/2021 can be returned until 2/15/2021. However, due to the volume of end of season sale orders, returns will not be eligible to be received or processed until 1/10/2022 (see below for further instructions). Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Return shipping within Canada on apparel and footwear is absolutely free. You will be provided with an electronic emailed pre-paid UPS domestic label to return the purchase.*

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The following products may NOT be returned:
- Custom golf clubs & Personalized items
- Items designated as Limited Edition - Final Sale

* Return Process: Please email returns@clublink.ca with your order # and the item(s) you wish to return. Any return requests sent between 11/24/2021 and 1/09/2022 will be processed on 1/10/2022. An electronic shipping label will be emailed to the email address your order was placed with and will come directly from UPS – as such please look out for an email from UPS. Simply print and place the label on the package either drop the package at any UPS location or you can call UPS for a pick up (the number will be in the email from UPS).

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes! However, due to the large volume of orders we cannot handle exchange requests until 1/10/2022. We recommend making an additional purchase online to secure your sizing and placing a return request for the original order. Exchange requests can be sent to returns@clublink.ca

ARE THERE RESTOCKING FEES?

No. However, returning shipping costs for items that are not apparel and footwear will be the responsibility of the buyer.
