Our Custom order
process is simple!
1. Place your order
2. Email your logo to us
- Send your logo or text to [email protected]
- Format for logo required - .dst embroidery file
- Don't have your logo in the required format? no problem -
our art department can work with you and convert your logo for a fee of $50
- Indicate in the email where you would like the logo to be
put i.e. Left chest, right sleeve, etc
3. We will send you a digital proof for your approval
4. You reply "APPROVED!"
5. We embroider and ship your order! Estimated lead time is
2 weeks from approval

Information:
The free embroidery includes one (1) logo embroidery to a
maximum of 4000 stitches. Most logos fit within the 4000 stitch count. However,
if your logo is more than 4000 stitches, we will contact you with additional
pricing.
