Our Custom order process is simple!
1. Place your order
2. Email your logo to us
- Send your logo to [email protected]
- Format for logo required in the following formats - .DST, .AI, .EPS.
- Price includes 1 color, 1 location logo - Set up Fee $80 (repeat orders will have a reduction of that fee by 50%)
- Don't have your logo in the required format? no problem - our art department can work with you and convert your logo for a fee of $75
3. We will send you a digital proof for your approval
4. You reply "APPROVED!"
5. We customize and ship your order! Estimated lead time is 2-4 weeks from Approval Date
If you require more than 1 logo or require your logo to have multiple colors, please email us at [email protected] and we can provide a custom quote for any potential additional charges. Typically a full color logo cost would only be an additional $3 per umbrella.
